- Because we are a small
owner operated business where quality and service are of the
highest standard we prefer to deal directly with our customers
when ordering. Also, we feel that direct communication is necessary
because so many of our products are available with variations
in construction, color, and size. Consequently we do not accept
orders through the web site. Feel free to E-mail us through this
site with any questions. Please do not include a credit card
number in an E-mail message. We try to check the mail each evening.
You can order over the phone or through the US mail. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover/Novus, and checks. We do
not ship COD, all orders must be prepaid. Maine residents should
add 5% sales tax. Shipping is $6.00 for small orders(one belt);
$8.50 for medium orders(small bag or 3 or 4 belts); and $15.00
for larger items. Large custom orders and shipments outside the
US are charged at actual cost. We use UPS or US Priority Mail.
Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 -5. Open Mondays
during summer. Closed all of February and March ..and a few days
either side. A recorder on the phone usually has current hours.
